ABOUT US
Sustainable Sign Solutions for Business and Industry

MEMBER - U.S. GREEN BUILDING COUNCIL

The most widely used sets of “GREEN” standards today is the US Green Building Council’s (USGBC) Leadership in Environmental and Environmental Design (LEED). These standards provide environmental guidelines for new building construction, renovation, commercial interiors and existing facilities.

MODULAR / CHANGEABLE SIGNS

Interior and exterior signs are not currently rated using US Green Building standards or any standards for that matter. Safe be it to say, interior signs are an intricate element in any facility and although seemingly insignificant, all sign products should be complimentary to specific environments, support sustainable designs and achieve functional building objectives.

Kroy Sign Systems manufactures interior architectural signs with modular / changeable designs and material compositions. Pre-production, scrap and post- production materials are recycled to insure that our sustainable objectives are being achieved throughout the manufacturing process.

In-house updating and changeable message options are available with various sign products. Recycled, laser printable paper inserts allow clients to conveniently change graphics, identification and directional messages on signs without changing the product composition or replacing the entire sign. This option supports dynamic and changing building environments. Additionally, this option encourages product longevity and flexibility. Kroy’s changeable sign products include:

Acrylic Low Profile Signs
Injection Molded ABS Criterion Signs
Aluminum Kontour Signs
PVC Overhead Directional Signs
Acrylic / Aluminum Advantage Signs
Laser Media Script Inserts

RECYCLING

Kroy Sign Systems endorses the USGBC’S LEED system and works diligently to demonstrate sustainability with respects to its manufacturing, assembly and finishing processes.

Ecological and environmental initiatives are in perspective as we strive to reduce, reuse and recycle all materials where possible. Examples of recycled materials are:
