c) Injection molded plastic caps with radius edges, flush to steel tubing.
d) Black or stainless steel button head bolts allow for message panel changes.
e) .060" Clear acrylic lens with 3/8" subsurface painted border, changeable polystyrene insert and subsurface applied vinyl text, screen or color graphics.
